The Company
The ABG Projekte GmbH is a company of ABG FRANKFURT HOLDING with special expertise in project development, project management and sales. With effect from 27th of December 2011 the UPG Urbane Projekte GmbH was renamend to ABG Projekte GmbH.Our architects, engineers and project managers have extensive technical knowledge in energy-efficient construction, particularly in the passive house design. With the development of future-proof and more attractive urban neighborhoods, we make a contribution to urban development and urban quality of life.
In 2002 we handed over our pilot scheme "Living in St. Jacob" to highly satisfied owners. And consistently developed: With 149 condominiums is the Sophienhof (2006) of Europe's largest contiguous blocks of flats in the passive house standard. Leading the way are the projects Campo (2008, 140 Passive House dwellings), Hansaallee Westend (2010, 200 Passive House dwellings), Holzhausenduo (2010, 16 condominiums with a total of 2750 m2 in two townhouses) and Naxos (2011, 49 apartments and 67 condominiums).
In short, energy saving was yesterday. Energy efficiency has a future. We are leaders in this field and offer investors, builders and owners future security for their property. The UPG is a partner: from development to distribution.
